Return Policy and Conditions
We offer a 30-day money back guarantee from the original ship date for most merchandise. Certain restrictions may apply. Please see below for more details. Items should be returned in their original product packaging. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error. After 30 days, only the manufacturer's warranty applies and no returns will be accepted.
Note that some manufacturers have designated certain items as non-returnable.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper; however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
A RETURN MATERIAL AUTHORIZATION NUMBER (RMA#) must be obtained from here and is required for ALL returns. We reserve the right to charge a 15% restocking fee on returns. Merchandise must be returned within 15 days of the issuance of the RA#, at which time the RA# expires. RA#'s are non-renewable.
We reserves the right to return any merchandise without a valid RMA# to the customer or to prorate the credit.
All returned merchandise must be in the original packaging with the UPC or bar code intact. All components, manuals, registration card(s), software, cables & accessories must be included. ImerNet inspects all returns and reserves the right to return merchandise that does not meet the above criteria.
30 day money back guarantee does not apply to special orders and items returned in the following condition.
- Products not purchased from ImerNet
- Any product without a valid or readable serial number
- Products without a valid UPC code
- Products returned with physical damage
- Products returned without the original packaging and accessories, retail packaging or others items included in the original shipment
- Products returned with physical damage
If you received a faulty item and need to exchange it for the same item, visit our Rto request a replacement. If you would like to exchange an item for a different one, please return the original item through our online Returns Center (you will be refunded your original purchase price once we receive the item) and place another order for the item you wish to purchase. You do not have to wait for us to receive the original item before placing the new order.
Please note that it takes us 3 to 5 business days to process returns once they arrive at our Returns Center. You can view completed returns and refunds by visiting Your Account and accessing the relevant order summary.
